Detective Smith arrived at the murder scene 35 minutes after it happend. A man in his car had been shot five times and killed. It was determined that no one was in the back seat due to the lack of blood on the wind shield. In fact, there were no bullet holes in the car except in the driver's seat. How did the man get shot?
