Can you solve this riddle?

There's a guy named Bob and he has to go to the bathroom. He is camping and the only bathroom there is is a Port-a-Potty. So he goes in the Port-a-Potty to the bathroom. He finishes and then pulls up his pants. All of the sudden, 10 cents falls out of his pocket and into the potty. He puts his hand in his pocket and pulls out a ten dollar bill and throws it in the potty! Why on earth would he do such a thing?
