Can you solve this riddle?

A farmer is walking along and he finds a locked door with a sign that says "This door leads to riches and fortune! Any key will open it." He has a key but it dosen't fit. He decides to get another key but it dosen't fit either. He tries once more but the key dosen't fit. By now the farmer is very mad. Why didn't the three keys fit?
